The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0®) applies decades of research to support effective leadership performance and development. The EQ-i 2.0® is an online self-rating assessment tool, which takes approximately twenty minutes to complete. It provides a detailed assessment of areas of strength and areas for development. The EQ-i 2.0® model is comprised of 5 overarching composites (self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal, decision-making, and stress management) made up of 15 specific competencies. These competencies are highly correlated with inspirational leadership, innovative work cultures, highly-effective teams, and engaged and committed talent.
